Biography

David graduated from Simon Fraser University (1999) and the University of Victoria Law School (2003).  Following law school, David clerked for seven Justices of the B.C. Supreme Court. Before moving to Haileybury with his wife and two young children, David practiced extensively in insurance, construction, civil litigation and as a City Solicitor for the City of Surrey, B.C.  David is also a former Assistant Crown Attorney in Ontario.  David maintains a general practice in all areas of law including real estate, (limited) family, criminal, civil litigation and municipal law.
