Biography

Mark Marinig received his Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. Mark is a native of Timmins who practiced extensively in Bruce County and Hamilton, Ontario prior to returning to Timmins in 2004.  Mark specializes in defending all criminal and youth charges, including sexual assaults, drug charges, Provincial offences and driving related offences.  He has garnered particular experience in the defence of historical sexual assault charges.  Additionally, Mark advises and defends clients in child protection matters.  Mark is available to attend matters across Northern Ontario including, but not limited to Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Chapleau, Gogama and the James Bay Coast.
